Ridhi Shankar: Co-founder & Chief Technology Architect

Ridhi is an author and athlete, as well as the technical mind behind AEGIS. She is an 8th grader at Marshfield Middle School, Wisconsin. Ridhi volunteers with NGOs focused on child abuse and mental health. She is now working to secure funding for the project. In her free time, Ridhi loves drawing, story writing, swimming, horse riding, and reading books.

Riya Shankar: Co-founder & Mission Strategist

Riya is an 8th grader at Marshfield Middle School, Wisconsin. She designed the strategic plan to make AEGIS a low-cost, effective public safety solution at just $10 per student per year and is focused on developing the final policy requirements to achieve the $1 million seed investment. Her hobbies include writing short stories, painting, clay sculpting, sewing, horse riding, and various  miniature crafts.

Sandeep Gudibanda: Coach and a role model 

Sandeep is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded multiple companies across different sectors. Sandeep is also an avid athlete and endurance specialist, having completed multiple marathons and triathlons, including an Iron Man 70.3 and climbed Mount Everest. He often draws parallels between the discipline of triathlons and building a successful business.
